Lifetime access · USD 4.99 once

Request a full refund within 14 calendar days after the one-time payment. Once the full refund is confirmed, the lifetime Steam Edition entitlement from that purchase ends. The separate Chrome Edition license is unaffected.

Monthly access · USD 2.99 per month

Each successful monthly charge has its own 14-calendar-day full-refund window. If we refund that charge, access granted by that charge ends when the refund is confirmed. If another valid Steam Edition entitlement remains on the account, that separate entitlement is unaffected.

You can cancel monthly renewal from your signed-in Steam Edition account page. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and, without a refund, access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation does not automatically refund a previous charge; contact us within its 14-day window if you also want a refund.

How to request a refund

1. Email terenban6297@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of the payment you want refunded.
2. Include the purchase email, whether the charge is lifetime or monthly, and the payment date or Stripe receipt if available.
3. We will verify the payment and arrange an eligible full refund through Stripe to the original payment method. Never send your password, full card number, verification code, or API key.

The time it takes for a credit to appear depends on Stripe and your bank or payment method. Exchange-rate differences or separate bank fees are outside our control.

Other payment problems

Contact us for a duplicate charge, access problem, or payment you believe was made in error, including after 14 days. We will review it; applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. For the Chrome Edition, see its separate refund policy.
