Refund Policy

The Chrome Lifetime license is a one-time digital purchase, not a subscription. You can request a refund within 14 calendar days after payment.

Effective 19 October 2026 · Contact: terenban6297@gmail.com

14 days means: count from the date your payment succeeds. It is a period to ask for a refund, not an additional free trial. A refund does not happen automatically.

How to request a refund

  1. Email terenban6297@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of the successful purchase.
  2. Include the email address used for the purchase and, if available, the purchase date or Stripe receipt. Briefly tell us if something did not work as expected.
  3. We will verify the purchase and arrange an eligible refund to the original payment method through Stripe. Never email your full card number, verification code, or API keys.

What happens after a refund

For a purchase within the 14-day window, we offer a full refund of the amount paid for the Chrome Lifetime license. When Stripe confirms a full refund, the paid license is removed from the account. The original three free requests are not reset. The time it takes for a credit to appear depends on Stripe and your bank or payment method; any exchange-rate difference or separate bank fee is outside our control.

After 14 days

Contact us if you were charged twice, could not access the paid feature, or believe a payment was made in error. We will review the issue and any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
